I decided to sell my house and reviewed letters I had received from companies seeking to make an offer on my house.
I phoned Arzuman Brothers and spoke to Andrew Vaitkevicius. Andrew arranged a meeting at my house with Arman Arzuman and I mentioned the price I thought was at the market. Arman agreed to my price and we made the deal. Arman, offered conditions of the purchase that were generous. I was given about 4 months after accepting the offer to move out and he said he would recommend movers which I used. They were efficient, did not break anything. Because I was overloaded with things to do prior to moving I asked Andrew if he knew anyone who could help me pack my household possessions. Andrew gave me the name and phone number of a lady who could assist me in packaging my household items. I used her and she was efficient, flexible in her time availability, and did a great job. If issues came up Arman and I discussed them and came to reasonable solutions that were satisfactory to both of us. I found him to be fair through all of the steps involved in completing the sale of my house.
I would recommend that anyone seeking to sell their house contact Arman and Andrew at Arzuman Brothers.

Now that our deal is over, I thought I would thank you for making our experience so trouble free and actually pleasurable.
There are many horror stories around and I was prepared for the worst, not having an agent and relying on promises and a handshake, but dealing with Arzuman Brothers and you as their representative put all fears to rest. The deal went smooth, efficient and above all, your flexibility was outstanding. It was very comforting to have your prompt responses to our many questions.
Thanks again and I will definitely check with Arzuman Brothers first when contemplating our next sale.

I really appreciate the flexibility and understanding that your company showed us during the sale of our family home.
My parents had bought the house in the 1960’s, and it contained a lot of memories. Unfortunately, as my parents aged, the house became too much for them to take care of and the condition of the house deteriorated, so we were thankful to be able to sell the house as is for a reasonable price. And by allowing our family access to the house during the week after escrow closed, my sister was able to take a couple of the fruit trees that held a special place in my mother’s heart

I wish there were a thousand trillion stars to rate Andrew and the people who worked with him at Arzuman Brothers.
Having to sell the home in which I grew up and have lived most of my life due to financial reasons was overwhelming to say the least. Andrew made the transition much easier and less painful. Their wonderfully kind compassion is a beautiful blessing to me and my husband. He went way beyond the duties that most real estate agents perform. The list of all the things he did for us is a very long one. Lots of thanks to Andrew and the people who worked with him for making my husband’s and my dreams come true!

I recently inherited a house in Pacific Palisades from my mother and it just required way too much money and time to repair/clean in order to sell it on the open market.
After speaking with Andrew from the Arzuman Brothers, they presented a cash offer that included selling the home as-is, where-is. They also added the benefit that I can leave anything at the home. This was probably the best selling point as I did not have to lift a finger in cleaning the house or transporting old furniture. We closed escrow a few weeks later and it feels like a giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you for being sensitive to my situation and so easy to work with.

Those people who have watched the ABC television program “SHARK TANK” may think that all successful businessmen operate in a predatory and greedy manner and that the only object is to extract as much money from their victims as possible.
Those who have been through a recent encounter buying a car or with a door-to-door sales call may think that all business negotiations are filled with high pressure, half-truths, hidden costs, deceptive tactics and legal-eze language. These are the facts that experience has taught people to watch out for whenever they are in any type of a business relationship. I want to report that there is a different type of business model in operation at some companies. One based on openness, honesty and fairness. A transaction where both sides gain. I experienced this dealing with Arman Arzuman, president of Arzuman Brothers and all of his associates. Every person in his organization has been friendly and helpful.
